Office Policy

At David J. Nepa D.M.D. Family Dentistry we want the patient to feel comfortable about their dental treatment and also payment for those services. A treatment plan is composed for each patient and before subsequent appointments are made the patient is informed of the necessary payment or co-pay. Payment and co-pay if applicable are due at the time service.

Payment Options

A NO interest plan for 3, 6, 12, 18, or 24 months or the extended payment plan for patients that need lower monthly payments, which has a low interest rate.
