Care to Share Program

Thank you for your trust and confidence in referring your relatives and friends to our office. We obtain most of our new patients through existing patients. Without your help, we could not have grown and expanded through the years. The Care to Share Program is a referral program, which is designed to benefit new patients as well as existing patients with special savings and rewards. The new patient will receive a comprehensive new patient exam, panoramic film, four bite-wing x-rays, periodontal charting, TMJ evaluation, and a consultation with Dr. Nepa for only $99.00 (regularly $205.00). The new patient will receive all of these services at their initial appointment upon presenting the referral card.

As a token of our appreciation for your support, we are offering you the following special rewards. With the referral of 1 new patient you will receive a $25.00 credit and with the referral of 3 new patients you will receive a $50.00 credit. After the referral of 5 new patients you will receive an Oral B professional electric toothbrush free (retail price $130-$170). Once 10 new patients have been referred to our office you will receive the Sapphire Home Whitening system free (value $334.96).
